🚀 We're hiring: Senior Software Engineer
📍 Manchester | Plymouth | Cheltenham | Bristol

Are you a Full Stack Software Engineer with strong Java expertise looking for your next opportunity? Join a specialist software consultancy solving complex operational problems for our customers.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll:
✅ Design, develop and test bespoke software solutions
✅ Work with a wide range of technologies, specialising in open-source libraries and components
✅ Build CI pipelines in GitLab to drive software quality and security
✅ Deploy across AWS, Azure and private cloud environments
✅ Get full software lifecycle exposure — from concept through to delivery, support and maintenance
✅ Lead teams and help manage client engagement (depending on experience)

What we're looking for:
🔹 Commercial experience with Java, TypeScript, JavaScript and React
🔹 Comfortable working with cloud technologies, primarily AWS and Azure
🔹 Consultancy experience is a plus, but not essential
🔹 Due to the nature of our work, all team members must be able to obtain security clearance — this requires a British passport and 5 years' continuous UK residency
🔹 Regular customer engagement expected (typically bi-weekly)
