The Role
- Develop and enhance Java-based applications and services
- Build and support front-end components using modern frameworks
- Deliver robust REST APIs and microservices
- Collaborate closely with product, test, and delivery teams
- Contribute to CI/CD, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Need
- Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Boot/MVC
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Front-end development skills with React and JSF
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Maven, and JIRA
- Experience with CI/CD, TDD, and automated testing
- Agile/Scrum experience and technical leadership skills
- Exposure to web accessibility standards (NVDA, WAVE, Accessibility Insights)
