Role: Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Location: Remote across UK or Europe
Salary: Up to £140k base + equity
We're partnered with a fast-growing, well-funded AI startup that just closed an oversubscribed seed round. Their AI agents are already live in production, handling complex, regulated operations end-to-end for financial institutions - not a prototype, and not pre-revenue.
The Role
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll work across the whole stack: building the front-end interfaces that let people control and monitor AI agents, and the real-time backend services that power them. You'll work closely with the ML team on integrating LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation into production, in a small, high-ownership team with no product managers between you and the work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and building full-stack applications that power AI-driven workflows for enterprise users
- Developing high-performance front-end interfaces for AI agent control, monitoring and visualisation
- Building scalable backend services that support real-time AI interactions, knowledge retrieval and automation
- Working directly with AI researchers and ML engineers to integrate LLMs and RAG into production-ready applications
- Shipping robust, minimal-dependency code that performs efficiently in enterprise environments
- Continuously iterating on AI-driven products, balancing user needs with technical feasibility

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
