About the Role
You'll run our engineering team as we pull years of accumulated back-office systems into one properly-built platform -.NET, PostgreSQL, Angular, Kubernetes, the lot.
It's the essential plumbing that our 110+ member firms rely on every single day. We need someone solution-focused rather than process-focused - someone who'll look at a bundle of our legacy logic and see a way through it.

You'll coach engineers, manage delivery, talk to non-technical stakeholders without losing them, and keep one eye on GDPR and security the whole time.
Location
Edinburgh-based, hybrid.
