About the Company
We're partnered with a well-funded SaaS business operating in the Revenue Operations and Sales Intelligence space. Their platform helps B2B sales organisations automate lead qualification, manage prospect data, identify buying signals, and improve pipeline generation and forecasting accuracy. Following continued growth and investment, they're looking to appoint a Senior Engineering Manager to help scale both their engineering function and platform as they enter the next phase of their journey.
The Opportunity
As Senior Engineering Manager, you'll lead multiple engineering teams, driving delivery, improving engineering processes, and supporting the development of a high-performing engineering culture. This is a leadership-focused position where you'll work closely with Product, Design, and senior business stakeholders to ensure engineering efforts are aligned with strategic objectives. You'll balance technical excellence with execution, helping teams deliver scalable, reliable products while creating an environment where engineers can thrive.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
