Job Description

As a Senior Software Product Analyst, you’ll turn customer and marketing needs into clear product plans and useful improvements across our digital experience.

Our Software Product Development department creates and improves the technology that supports our products and customer experiences. Within the Marketing function, you’ll use your understanding of customers, regulatory requirements and our technology stack to shape improvements to direct-to-customer marketing across multiple touchpoints.

You’ll work with teams across the business to define requirements, prioritise initiatives and deliver value through CRM technologies. The role covers internally built and third-party platforms, including Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Customer Engagement Platforms (CEPs), with decisions informed by data, customer insight and product performance.

This role is eligible for our hybrid work from home policy.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in product management
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing Technology (MarTech), with a focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Understanding of internally built and third-party technologies, including Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Customer Engagement Platforms (CEPs)
  • Proven ability to launch products and deliver continuous improvements that support business objectives
  • Understanding of product lifecycles, methodologies and agile frameworks
  • Strategic approach to translating business goals into achievable product plans
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions when working with ambiguity and change
  • Knowledge of the online gambling industry

Additional Information

  • Support the marketing function by solving problems and delivering new capabilities
  • Analyse market research, competitor activity and customer trends using internal and external data
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation through to launch
  • Produce detailed requirements that give development teams a clear direction
  • Prioritise the work stack, review it regularly and identify how success will be measured
  • Run trials to assess the value of products and initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to align product initiatives with customer and business needs
  • Lead cross-functional sessions that bring teams together around clear outcomes
  • Challenge decisions, requirements and assumptions so different viewpoints are considered
  • Keep key stakeholders updated on plans, progress and upcoming release
