Role Description
The Senior Software Tester at Decillion AI will lead testing efforts for AI-driven and web-based products, ensuring high levels of reliability, performance, and user experience. This full-time, on-site role in London involves:

- Designing and executing test plans and test cases
- Identifying defects
- Analyzing root causes
- Collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to maintain quality standards

The Senior Software Tester will oversee regression, functional, integration, and exploratory testing, and help refine automated and manual testing strategies. The role also includes:
- Mentoring other testers
- Contributing to quality assurance best practices
- Providing clear documentation and feedback that supports continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Strong Software Testing and Quality Assurance skills, with experience across functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Solid Test Execution and Test Cases skills, including designing, maintaining, and executing detailed test scenarios and suites.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret test results, diagnose issues, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with test management tools and bug-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with automation testing frameworks and scripting (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
- Background in testing AI, data-driven, or distributed systems is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, cross-functional environment and mentor less-experienced team members.
