Planning Lawyer – Land & Real Estate
Location: Essex or Cambridgeshire
PQE: 5+ years
A leading law firm is looking for an experienced Planning Lawyer to join its Land & Real Estate team.
The role will involve advising on planning matters relating to residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, including planning permissions, Section 106 agreements, planning obligations, development projects and planning due diligence.

We are looking for a lawyer with around 5 years’ PQE, strong planning experience and a background working alongside land and real estate teams. You’ll need excellent technical, drafting and client-management skills, together with a commercial approach.
