The Role
We are seeking an experienced OL/PL Claimant Senior Solicitor to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded lawyer to manage a high-quality caseload of Occupier’s and Public Liability claims, working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
You will handle your own caseload of litigated OL/PL matters from inception through to conclusion, with the opportunity to work on both fast track and multi-track claims.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, supported by strong non-CMC referral sources, ensuring you are dealing with genuine and meritorious claims.
This is a target-driven role where success is rewarded through a generous, uncapped commission structure.
We offer a generous commission structure, where all our lawyer, get a percentage of every case they win. With no hurdles, and no caps, you are rewarded for the success of every case you bring to completion.

Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of OL/PL claims from cradle to grave
- Handling both pre-issue and litigated fast track and multi-track matters
- Conducting legal research and providing clear, commercial legal advice
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents
- Negotiating settlements with opponents and insurers
- Progressing cases efficiently through litigation
- Representing clients at court where required
- Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes
- Keeping up to date with developments in relevant law and practice
- Supporting junior team members
Person Specification
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or equivalent experience (5–8+ PQE)
- Proven track record of managing a litigated OL/PL claimant caseload
- Experience handling cases from inception to trial or disposal
- Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Experience handling fast track and multi-track OL/PL claims
- Claims portal experience (essential)
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Commercial and client-focused approach
- Proclaim experience (advantageous)
- Tenacity, enthusiasm, and a proactive mindset

Salary & Hours
- A basic salary of £55,000-£70,000, dependent on experience
- Our standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday.
