🚨 Senior Solicitor / Office Lead – Eastleigh | Up to £85,000 DOE
We’re exclusively supporting a growing law firm with the appointment of a Senior Solicitor / Office Lead for its Eastleigh office.
This is an opportunity for an experienced solicitor who wants genuine autonomy, leadership responsibility, and the chance to help shape the growth of a legal office.
You’ll manage your own caseload while overseeing a small junior team and acting as the senior legal presence within the office.
The role will involve:
- Managing your own varied caseload
- Supervising and developing junior colleagues
- Handling a broad range of client enquiries
- Providing initial legal advice and appropriate referrals
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the office
- Developing local client and professional relationships
- Contributing to the continued growth of the practice

The work is broad and may include civil litigation, commercial matters, private client, wills & probate, contentious probate, contractual disputes, and general high-street work. The firm is looking for someone with a strong core practice area, good breadth of experience, and the confidence and judgement to operate autonomously.

A background in civil litigation, private client, commercial law, or another relevant high-street practice area would be particularly relevant.

Package
- 💷 £55,000–£85,000 DOE
- 📍 Eastleigh, Hampshire
- 🕘 Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
- 🏢 Office-based
- 🚗 Free onsite parking
