Oculus Legal Group is exclusively assisting a highly respected Scottish law firm with the appointment of a Residential Conveyancing Senior Solicitor or Associate. This is an exceptional opportunity to join our client at an exciting time as they undertake a new direction for their Residential Conveyancing practice.

The Opportunity

Joining the firm’s expanding Residential Property team, you will:

  • Handle a broad range of property transactions (sales, purchases, re-mortgages).
  • Manage a busy caseload while delivering first-class client service.
  • Advise and liaise with clients and intermediaries throughout transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines.

Who We're Looking For

  • A Scottish-qualified legal professional with experience in residential conveyancing.
  • 2-6 years PQE (depending on level).
  • Strong client communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload with professionalism and efficiency.
