Commercial Litigation - Senior Associate / Solicitor
Looking for your next step in Commercial Litigation? This could be one worth exploring. A brand new role with a highly regarded law firm that is looking to strengthen its Commercial Litigation team in Manchester with a Senior Associate.
The role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value commercial disputes, take ownership of your own caseload and work closely with experienced lawyers in a genuinely collaborative environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running your own complex commercial litigation caseload
- Acting on contract disputes, shareholder/director disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery and warranty claims
- Working on high-value and multi-party litigation
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, advice and settlement documentation
- Handling negotiations, ADR and mediation
- Attending hearings and client meetings
- Building and developing long-term client relationships
- Getting involved in BD, networking and mentoring junior lawyers
