An Opportunity for an Experienced Solicitor

An opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to join a body which funds projects and activities that transform communities. This role is an opportunity to join a fast-paced in-house legal team where the work is varied and includes dispute resolution, complex contracts, subsidy control, procurement and grant and fund agreements.

You’ll manage and act as a key project team member on legal and/or compliance projects as well as support an effective strategy for the management of risk, compliance and help develop a shared service to other Fund distributors.

To Be Considered

  • You will be a UK qualified solicitor, barrister or equivalent
  • Several years’ relevant experience in public law, commercial contracts, grant and fund agreements
  • Experience of working within a public body and/or structured transactions is highly desirable

On Offer

  • Salary of £60,000 - £62,000 (National) or £66,000 - £68,000 (London), depending on experience
  • A high amount of remote and flexible working but you should expect some travel to your local hub office
  • The role can be based at any of the UK offices: Belfast, Birmingham, Cardiff, Exeter, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle, and Newtown
  • Other benefits include a civil service pension scheme
