About the Role

BGTS is looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our team and play a key role in major business transformation initiatives and Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a senior architecture position for someone who can take ownership of solution direction from early discovery and options analysis through to delivery and engineering handover. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Delivery and third-party partners to define scalable, secure and practical end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Senior Solution Architecture

  • Lead solution architecture for large and complex transformation programmes.
  • Own solution direction from discovery through design, governance and delivery.
  • Translate business objectives and capabilities into practical technology solutions.

Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • Architect solutions involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its integration with wider enterprise platforms.
  • Design integration across Dynamics 365, enterprise applications, data platforms, digital channels and legacy systems.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles and technology standards.

End-to-End Solution Design

  • Develop end-to-end architectures covering applications, integrations, data, security, resilience and operational requirements.
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into coherent solution architectures.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
