About Scrumconnect

Scrumconnect Consulting is a UK-based digital transformation consultancy delivering secure, scalable, and user-centred solutions across government and enterprise organisations. We specialise in agile delivery, cloud platforms, data, and modern engineering practices—helping clients build reliable services that meet high operational and compliance standards.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Security Architect to assess and define the baseline security architecture underpinning a major programme spanning local, regional, and national delivery models. This is a hands-on architectural assessment role—you’ll be evaluating options, surfacing risks, and producing clear, actionable recommendations that inform how security is designed and delivered at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess baseline security architecture requirements across the programme.
  • Evaluate architecture options for local, regional, and national delivery models.
  • Assess security tooling dependencies, with particular focus on Microsoft security, SIEM, and identity services.
  • Identify architectural risks associated with centralisation.
  • Assess the technical feasibility of proposed approaches.
  • Assess multi-tenant and shared-service approaches.
  • Identify dependencies and technical constraints across the architecture.
  • Produce clear, well-evidenced architecture recommendations.
  • Map Microsoft Suite alignment to the Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF) and wider government security frameworks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
