We are now looking for (Senior) Solution Architect (based in the UK) to join our Services team.
You will work closely with your team in both national and international customer projects by sharing your knowledge and sparring with your colleagues. With the help of a nice and competent team, you get to work in significant projects that change the way the world manages information!
Your daily work consists mostly of consulting with customers in M-Files projects. You will have a unique opportunity to perceive our customers' business processes and enable customers to enhance them with the use of our product. You are a senior consultant who supports the customer throughout the project.
As a Solution Architect, you design and implement advanced M-Files solutions for customers. Your main responsibilities include defining business requirements with the customer and planning a system design with the ascertained requirements. You divide the system design into smaller and manageable implementations. By choosing the correct methods of implementation with scalability and maintenance in mind, you ensure a high customer value throughout the solution's life cycle. You will also participate in the continuous development of our implementation practices.

Requirements
What is needed to be successful in the role:
- Several years of work experience as a Solution Architect or in a position with a strong technical background
- Active role in customer projects and ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing while considering the stakeholder's technical level (management, end-users, technical experts, etc.)
- Experience in analyzing customer and business requirements
- Experience in documenting and presenting specifications
- Experience in working in the customer interface
- B.Sc or M.Sc degree (or equivalent) in computer science, IT, engineering, or in other technical or commercial field
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, other language skills are considered as an advantage
- Readiness to travel domestically and abroad
Additionally, we value competence in some of these areas:
- Ability and passion about IT systems, databases, and integrations between them
- Understanding of software development and how programming can be utilized in implementations
- Corporate IT infrastructure (Windows Server, Databases, Network Infrastructure)
- Other technologies: M-Files, Windows, Azure, SQL Server,.NET
- Comfortable working independently in a remote role
The position is fully remote within the UK, with occasional travel as required. Must be based in the United Kingdom (relocation is not offered)
