Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your Profile

If you have the experience and strengths below, this role could be for you:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in enterprise software, consulting, or maybe you are a procurement professional today with great interest in procurement software.
  • Curiosity about procurement and business processes. You enjoy understanding how organisations operate, the challenges procurement teams face, and how technology can help them work smarter and create more value.
  • Strong consultative and discovery skills. You are naturally curious, ask insightful questions, listen carefully, and can lead a conversation that uncovers a prospect’s real business challenges rather than simply presenting a product.
  • A confident and engaging presenter. You enjoy presenting to customers, from small working sessions to large executive audiences, and can turn complex concepts into a clear and compelling story.
  • Strong interest in AI, particularly in how AI can transform procurement processes across Source to Pay, decision-making, and the way procurement organisations operate.
  • A continuous learner. You stay curious about new technologies, procurement trends, Ivalua’s product roadmap, and the competitive landscape, and you actively look for ways to translate these developments into customer value.
  • Commercially minded and collaborative. You can connect customer challenges to business value, work effectively with Account Executives and other teams, and take ownership of helping opportunities move forward.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish) is a plus, but not a requirement.

What will make you successful: You are curious and commercially driven, and a strong team player who enjoys sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and working together to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.
