About The Role

As a Senior Solution Consultant at Enfuce, you'll play a critical role in helping prospective customers understand how our cloud-native Card-as-a-Service platform can solve complex business challenges. Working alongside our Business Development Managers and Customer Success Managers, you'll act as the trusted technical and commercial advisor throughout both new business and expansion opportunities.

This is far more than a traditional pre-sales role. You'll help qualify opportunities early, challenge assumptions where appropriate and ensure every opportunity aligns with Enfuce's Card-as-a-Service model, product strategy, delivery capability and risk appetite. You'll play a key role in determining not only how we solve customer problems, but also whether an opportunity is the right fit for Enfuce.

Success isn't simply measured by winning new business. It's about defining solution scope accurately, protecting internal Product, Engineering and Compliance resources from unnecessary work, accelerating customer onboarding and maximising long-term commercial value. By asking the right questions early and creating clarity around customer requirements, you'll help reduce implementation risk while enabling faster go-to-market.

You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Partner Management and Delivery teams to design scalable, compliant solutions and remain involved beyond contract signature to ensure a seamless transition into implementation.

This is a highly visible role where you'll influence some of Enfuce's most strategic enterprise opportunities and become a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with Business Development Managers and Customer Success Managers to qualify, scope and design commercially viable customer solutions.
  • Lead technical discovery workshops to understand customer objectives, programme design and operational requirements.
  • Translate customer requirements into scalable Card-as-a-Service solutions using Enfuce's issuer processing platform, BIN Sponsorship capabilities and wider partner ecosystem.
  • Validate solution feasibility by collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Delivery teams while ensuring internal resources are used effectively.
  • Advise customers on programme architecture, funds flows, onboarding journeys, card schemes, compliance models and third-party integrations.
  • Identify commercial, technical and regulatory risks early in the sales process and recommend the most appropriate solution approach.
  • Play a key role within Deal Desk, ensuring commercial proposals align with Enfuce's product strategy, delivery capability and long-term business objectives.
  • Prepare solution scope documentation and product schedules that support customer contracts and provide a clear foundation for implementation.
  • Partner with Onboarding and Delivery teams after contract signature to ensure customer commitments are successfully transitioned into implementation and avoid scope creep.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor offerings to provide trusted guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
