Job Description

We’re looking for a talented Solution Consultant to join our exceptional Sage Intacct Solutions Consulting team.

As a trusted advisor, the Solution Consultant will support customers throughout every stage of their sales journey with Sage.

At the heart of the role is the ability to diagnose customer challenges, understand their finance needs, and show how Sage Intacct solutions and services can deliver measurable business value across multiple stakeholder levels.

Once value has been identified, the Solution Consultant brings Sage Intacct to life through compelling product demonstrations, presentations, written proposals and supporting materials. Ultimately, this role builds confidence in Sage, reinforces key win themes and helps address customer concerns.

You’ll be naturally curious, commercially minded and driven by ambitious goals. You’ll thrive in a changing environment, enjoy working collaboratively, and bring the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels.

You will combine credibility, presence and sound judgement with consistently high standards in everything you do.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
