Our organization is seeking a Senior Solution Engineering Manager to lead a highly skilled and diverse team of Global Account Sales Engineers within the UKI Global Accounts function. This is a multi-vertical position spanning Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Healthcare & Life Sciences. While this is a front-line leadership role, the strategic importance of the businesses supported means the position will report directly to [reporting line].

The role extends beyond tactical account support to help shape the go-to-market and technical strategy for the entire UKI Global Accounts organization — building a foundation that will define our major account motion for years to come.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with our partner community to implement scale and velocity initiatives that amplify our technical go-to-market motion especially within our key GSI and CSP engagements.
  • Participate in executive-level customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and technical steering committees to ensure the Snowflake platform remains aligned with customers' multi-year strategies.
  • Partner with your senior sales leadership counterpart to jointly own the business — achieving quota targets, forecasting growth, and taking full accountability for building the organization.

On day one, we will expect you to have:

  • 8+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity.
  • 3+ years of direct people-management experience, including hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • A demonstrated ability to build and drive industry-verticalized go-to-market efforts within a relevant industry.
  • A strong understanding of, and experience with, data architecture, data analytics, and cloud technology.
  • Extensive experience supporting a diverse range of account verticals, spanning both acquisition and expansion motions.
  • Exceptional customer-facing communication skills — written and verbal — enabling you to establish credibility and build a network of senior technical and business stakeholders.
  • A composed, positive outlook that anchors the team through the volatility of global sales and the fast-paced change synonymous with Snowflake's growth trajectory.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
