Senior Analyst – Verticals & Performance Team
StackAdapt, a leading AI-powered marketing technology company, drives precision advertising and engagement for global marketers through 465 billion automated optimisations per second. The Verticals & Performance Team develops innovative vertical-specific adtech and martech solutions across programmatic advertising, creating high-impact campaigns that deliver measurable results. Predominantly based in London, they welcome externally based candidates with ad-hoc travel.
About the Role
This strategically oriented opportunity empowers a skilled professional with expertise in management consulting, technical data analysis, or product strategy to shape, test, and scale data-driven solutions. As a Senior Analyst, you’ll partner with Team Leads to design targeting, measurement, and performance marketing solutions tailored to regional challenges, bridging business strategy and technical execution to power global market impact.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Collaborate with the Revenue team to identify revenue growth, retention, and collaboration opportunities by analysing existing AdTech and Martech stack.
- Assist in client-facing RFP support, including recommending business solutions and crafting responses based on data-driven insights.
- Query and analyse large, complex datasets (SQL, BigQuery) to extract actionable intelligence for decision-making and solution development.
- Partner with internal teams (enablement, marketing) to promote solution adoption and education.
- Provide hands-on support for ad-hoc/daily tasks, including campaign setup, solution implementation, data analysis, and tailored client responses.

Vertical Solutions Development
- Support International team projects, including development, testing, and maintenance of data-driven marketing and measurement technologies.
- Conduct research, market intelligence, and data exploration to uncover opportunities and align with company growth objectives.
- Collaborate with teams (data science, engineering, business intelligence) to co-develop strategic, market-aligned solutions.
- Contribute to proof-of-concepts (POCs) with key clients, validating use cases to fast-track productisation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience & Education
- 3–5 years in management consulting, data analytics, product management, strategy, operations, or technical solutions roles.
- Bachelor’s degree with a proven academic record.
- Expertise in relational databases (SQL, BigQuery), including data manipulation, validation, and insight extraction.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities—ability to translate technical findings into clear business narratives.
- Multitasking proficiency in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Ideal, but not essential: Industry knowledge of DSPs, programmatic advertising, digital media, or marketing technology.
- Natural curiosity, passion for learning, and enjoyment of complex problem-solving.
