Senior Solutions Analyst (AI/Legal)

Location: Hampshire

Sector: Law

About the role:

I’m proud to be working with a leading law firm that's continuing to invest in AI and innovative legal technology, in support of their search for a Senior Solutions Analyst to help deliver technology solutions that create genuine business value and efficiencies.

You’ll work closely with the Innovation and Technology teams to identify and assess new legal technology and AI solutions, before taking ownership of their successful implementation across the business.

The role will cover the full lifecycle of allocated systems, from implementation and development through to ongoing support and, where required, decommissioning. You’ll also play an important business analysis role, working with users to understand requirements and translate these into effective solutions and system configurations.

Alongside delivering new technology, you’ll identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains and cost savings, while ensuring solutions are delivered with security and privacy at the forefront.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
