Senior Solutions Architect | Luxury Retail | London Hybrid | Up to £120k + Benefits

We are recruiting a Senior Solutions Architect for an established luxury retail organisation undergoing significant technology modernisation.

This is a senior, hands-on architecture role spanning eCommerce, digital platforms and the wider enterprise technology estate.

We're looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with practical solution design, take ownership of complex technical challenges and deliver solutions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end solution architecture across retail, eCommerce and enterprise technology projects.
  • Design scalable solutions integrating platforms such as ERP, OMS, WMS, POS, CRM, PIM, payments and fulfilment systems.
  • Lead technical design across cloud, SaaS, APIs, microservices and systems integration.
  • Work closely with engineering teams and delivery partners, remaining hands-on throughout implementation.
  • Evaluate technology options, challenge vendors and make pragmatic build-versus-buy decisions.
  • Simplify legacy architecture, reduce complexity and support technology modernisation.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and actionable delivery plans.
  • Work directly with senior stakeholders to balance technical decisions against cost, risk and business value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
