As the Senior Solutions Architect, you'll work closely with engineering teams, product owners, enterprise architects, and senior stakeholders to design modern cloud solutions that support long-term business objectives.
Essential Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone with 8+ years' experience in Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, or Software Engineering, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
You should have strong experience with:
- Azure Solution Architecture β Extensive experience designing and delivering scalable Azure-native solutions using Azure PaaS services, API Management, Azure Functions, Containers, AKS, and cloud governance best practices.

- Secure Solution Design β Strong knowledge of security-by-design principles, including Zero Trust, identity and access management, API security, encryption, and regulatory compliance.
- Architecture Governance β Experience producing High and Low-Level Designs (HLDs/LLDs), leading architecture reviews, contributing to Architecture Approval Boards (AABs), and ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement β Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams, business stakeholders, delivery partners, and senior leadership to drive successful outcomes.
- Enterprise Architecture β Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, strategic technology roadmaps, reusable platform capabilities, and architectural best practices.
- Customer-Focused Solution Design β Demonstrated ability to design resilient, scalable, and business-focused solutions that enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term organisational goals.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
