What we need…
We believe modern Solution Consultants are more than product experts. They combine expertise across:
- Retail operations and frontline transformation
- AI literacy and explainable AI
- Executive storytelling
- Data strategy and business value consulting
- Enterprise solution architecture
- Change management and customer adoption
Rather than simply demonstrating software, our Solution Consultants help retailers understand how AI can drive measurable improvements across store execution, sales performance and employee productivity.
What you'll do…
- Partner with the full sales ecosystem to shape the frontline employee engagement vision of prospective clients and present the YOOBIC solution that will bring that vision to life.
- Design compelling business narratives that demonstrate the value of solving client problems with YOOBIC differentiators and how AI-powered insights translate into measurable operational improvements, rather than simply showcasing product features.
- Work with Account Executives to qualify with buyers that the YOOBIC solution will demonstrate criteria, and sales cycle closure plans.
- Build relationships with customers to identify their pains, translate into use cases, helping retailers prioritize initiatives with measurable operational and commercial impact.
- Educate customers on responsible and explainable AI, helping them understand how YOOBIC combines operational data, benchmarking and machine learning to generate trustworthy recommendations.
- Partner with customers to define how YOOBIC's platform integrates into their broader retail technology and transformation strategy.
- Work with the Product, AI and Engineering and Professional Services teams to shape future innovations based on customer feedback, emerging AI use cases and market trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to craft RFI / RFP submissions, and answer security questionnaires.
- Continuously learn and grow your knowledge of the YOOBIC product and your buyers industry.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
