Ingenio is partnering with a market-leading technology company helping some of the world's largest organisations tackle identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you'll become the trusted technical advisor throughout the sales journey—guiding customers from discovery through to solution design, demonstrations, and successful Proof of Concepts.
This isn't a role where you simply present software. You'll help shape enterprise strategies, solve real business challenges, and make a genuine impact on customer outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead engaging discovery workshops that uncover complex business challenges.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and successful Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Design technical solutions tailored to enterprise customer requirements.
- Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to win strategic new business.
- Advise customers on APIs, integrations, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML/KYC, and compliance solutions.
- Translate technical complexity into clear commercial value for executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years' experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales.
- A track record of supporting enterprise sales through discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and PoCs.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and enterprise integrations.
- The ability to communicate confidently with both technical teams and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience within Identity, Fraud, FinTech, RegTech, AML/KYC, Financial Services, Insurance, or a related consulting environment.
- A consultative mindset with a passion for solving customer problems and influencing enterprise decisions.
