About Logility
Logility, an Aptean company, helps organizations plan and optimize their supply chains with software that connects business processes, data and decision-making. We work with customers across industries to improve planning, operational efficiency and business performance.
The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our Sales team in the UK and Western Europe.
As a Solutions Consultant specializing in supply chain processes, you will help customers understand how Logility can address their business challenges and deliver measurable value. You will combine supply chain expertise, consultative selling and strong communication skills to lead discovery, shape solutions and bring them to life through compelling demonstrations and recommendations.
Every week is different. You may present to a prospect’s C-suite as part of an Executive Briefing, lead a discovery workshop with supply chain leaders, deliver a bespoke software demonstration or develop a strategic business case for a key opportunity.
What you’ll do
- Analyze customer supply chain processes, goals and challenges during value-based engagements.
- Plan and facilitate discovery interviews and workshops with planning, operations, supply chain and executive stakeholders.
- Map customer requirements and business processes to the Logility Solutions Suite and document the proposed solution.
- Present Logility solutions and value propositions in a clear, outcome-focused way tailored to each customer.
- Prepare and deliver tailored software demonstrations, Executive Briefings and strategic presentations, both remotely and on-site.
- Develop business cases, value messages, proposals, RFP responses and value realization workshops in partnership with Sales.
- Provide product and industry-based pre-sales support, including business discovery, solution design and opportunity strategy.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales leadership, Product, Professional Services and Customer Success to align customer needs with a credible path to implementation.
- Support successful handoff and ongoing value realization throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Contribute to sales quota attainment and bring a commercially aware understanding of pricing, procurement and buying cycles.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
