Senior Solutions Consultant (Supply Chain Business Process Architect)
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant (Supply Chain Business Process Architect) based in United Kingdom.
As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will act as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers navigating complex supply chain transformation initiatives. You will combine supply chain expertise, business process architecture, and technical presales skills to design solutions that address critical operational challenges. The role involves leading discovery sessions, mapping current-state processes, and developing compelling future-state operating models. You will translate customer requirements into solution designs and deliver tailored demonstrations, workshops, and executive presentations. Working closely with sales, product, value engineering, and professional services teams, you will help customers understand the measurable value of modern, AI-enabled supply chain operations. You will operate in a global, collaborative environment with significant influence over customer outcomes and commercial success.
Accountabilities
- Partner with sales leadership to guide customers through their supply chain transformation journey, acting as a trusted advisor across business, executive, operations, supply chain, and IT stakeholders.
- Lead structured discovery sessions to understand customer use cases, business requirements, current-state architectures, and end-to-end planning, execution, and orchestration processes.
- Translate customer challenges and requirements into credible future-state supply chain operating models and transformation roadmaps that reduce manual processes and improve operational resilience.
- Design and deliver tailored product presentations, demonstrations, technical workshops, and proof-of-value engagements based on customer-specific use cases.
- Position AI-enabled supply chain solutions, including intelligent agents, orchestration capabilities, control-tower functionality, and digital business networks, in terms of concrete operational and financial outcomes.
- Collaborate with value engineering teams to develop compelling business cases demonstrating measurable customer value.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert on supply chain business process solutions, confidently addressing complex business and technical questions across planning, execution, and orchestration.
- Own technical accuracy throughout the sales cycle and provide high-quality, well-substantiated responses to complex RFPs and RFIs.
- Support opportunity qualification, solution scoping, and closing strategies using structured sales methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for expansion across related supply chain and track-and-trace initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal product, engineering, and delivery teams, communicating recurring customer needs and market feedback to inform future solutions.
- Identify and communicate commercial, operational, competitive, and customer-health risks while advocating for long-term customer value.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role combining technical presales and strategic consulting, such as business process architecture, solution consulting, implementation services, or supply chain consulting.
- Experience within enterprise SaaS, life sciences, healthcare, supply chain, or another complex enterprise technology environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in consultative and value-based selling, with a strong understanding of how to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, execution, orchestration, business process transformation, or operational excellence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and business concepts to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills, including experience engaging executive, business, technical, and operational audiences.
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with cloud hosting architectures and enterprise technology environments.
- Demonstrated record of commercial achievement, technical credibility, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, matrixed, and globally distributed organizations.
- Innovative and commercially minded approach, with the ability to identify expansion opportunities and develop new approaches to customer challenges.
- Strong collaboration skills and a customer-first mindset, combined with ownership, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel internationally, with travel of up to approximately 35%.
- Experience with enterprise AI, supply chain technology, ERP environments, or life sciences is advantageous.
