No-Code/Low-Code & Agentic AI Solution Designer

London City (Hybrid)
Initial 6-Month Contract
Competitive Day Rate

We are partnering with a leading organisation undertaking a major business transformation programme and are looking for an experienced No-Code/Low-Code & Agentic AI Solution Designer to help define and deliver the future-state technology landscape. This role sits at the intersection of business process transformation, intelligent automation, and emerging AI technologies, with a focus on designing solutions that leverage no-code/low-code platforms and Agentic AI capabilities to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end technology solutions to support transformed business processes.
  • Evaluate and recommend suitable no-code/low-code and AI orchestration platforms.
  • Define solution architecture, integration patterns, workflows, and automation frameworks.
  • Design Agentic AI-enabled processes and intelligent workflow capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, process designers, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Produce high-quality design artefacts, architecture documentation, and implementation plans.
  • Support platform selection, proof-of-concepts, and technical decision-making.
  • Provide guidance on best practice for AI-enabled automation and low-code delivery.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Strong solution design or solution architecture experience.
  • Experience delivering solutions using no-code/low-code platforms such as Power Platform, ServiceNow, Appian, Salesforce, Pega, Mendix, OutSystems, or similar.
  • Understanding of workflow automation, process orchestration, and digital transformation programmes.
  • Experience designing integrations between enterprise applications and platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments and shape technology strategy from the ground up.

Desirable

  • Experience with Agentic AI, AI orchestration frameworks, AI agents, or intelligent automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI governance, and responsible AI principles.
  • Experience supporting platform evaluations and vendor selection exercises.
  • Financial Services or other highly regulated industry experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and API-led integration approaches.
