London City (Hybrid)

We are partnering with a leading organisation undertaking a major business transformation programme and are looking for an experienced No-Code/Low-Code & Agentic AI Solution Designer to help define and deliver the future-state technology landscape. This role sits at the intersection of business process transformation, intelligent automation, and emerging AI technologies, with a focus on designing solutions that leverage no-code/low-code platforms and Agentic AI capabilities to drive efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end technology solutions to support transformed business processes.
- Evaluate and recommend suitable no-code/low-code and AI orchestration platforms.
- Define solution architecture, integration patterns, workflows, and automation frameworks.
- Design Agentic AI-enabled processes and intelligent workflow capabilities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, process designers, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, governance, and compliance standards.
- Produce high-quality design artefacts, architecture documentation, and implementation plans.
- Support platform selection, proof-of-concepts, and technical decision-making.
- Provide guidance on best practice for AI-enabled automation and low-code delivery.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong solution design or solution architecture experience.
- Experience delivering solutions using no-code/low-code platforms such as Power Platform, ServiceNow, Appian, Salesforce, Pega, Mendix, OutSystems, or similar.
- Understanding of workflow automation, process orchestration, and digital transformation programmes.
- Experience designing integrations between enterprise applications and platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and shape technology strategy from the ground up.

Desirable
- Experience with Agentic AI, AI orchestration frameworks, AI agents, or intelligent automation platforms.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI governance, and responsible AI principles.
- Experience supporting platform evaluations and vendor selection exercises.
- Financial Services or other highly regulated industry experience.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and API-led integration approaches.
