Senior Solutions Engineer - EMEA

Location: UK Remote
Travel: Up to 60% across the UK and EMEA
Compensation: Generous package reflecting seniority, technical expertise and scope

This is an opportunity to bring strong telecoms expertise into a specialist market without needing previous experience in the domain.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead technical discovery, architecture and solution design, translating complex customer requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Own the technical sales cycle across presentations, demonstrations, POCs and RFP/RFI responses, influencing technical decisions and commercial outcomes.
  • Present complex architectures and proposals confidently to technical, operational and executive audiences across customers and partners.
  • Shape customer solutions spanning telecom networks, 4G/5G, data collection and analytics, partnering closely with sales, product and delivery teams.

What You'll Bring

  • Developed Vetting (DV) clearance - essential.
  • 7-10+ years' experience in telecoms-focused solutions engineering, sales engineering, network engineering or solution architecture.
  • Strong telecoms and networking expertise, including 4G/LTE, 5G, IP networking and associated network architectures and protocols. Previous lawful intelligence experience is not essential.
  • Exceptional customer-facing and presentation capability, with the ability to write, build and deliver complex technical presentations and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
