Senior Solutions Engineer – APAC
UK Remote | Extensive APAC Travel
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer who combines strong telecoms expertise with excellent customer-facing and solution-selling skills.
This is not a purely technical role. You will sit between sales, customers and engineering, leading technical discovery, understanding complex customer requirements and turning them into compelling, commercially viable solutions.
Working across the APAC region, you'll support complex opportunities with Law Enforcement, Intelligence, Government and Communications Service Provider customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead customer discovery and understand technical, operational and commercial requirements.
- Design and position complex end-to-end solutions.
- Act as the technical lead throughout complex sales cycles.
- Deliver presentations, demonstrations, workshops and POCs.
- Work closely with sales to shape opportunities and influence customer decisions.
- Support RFPs/RFIs, proposals and solution architecture.
- Build credibility with technical teams, end users and senior decision-makers.
- Bridge the gap between customer requirements, technology and commercial strategy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
