We've got big tech scale, without the sign-off layers or corporate theatre. Every permanent team member gets equity, so when we grow, you do too. This next chapter is about scaling smart, powered by AI, a clear vision and real ownership.
Big tech impact, without the big tech ick.
The role
We're looking for a customer-focused, technically adept Senior Solution Specialist to join our UKI & EMEA sales team. You'll play a key role in driving uptake, adoption and success across our IoT, Asset Management and Lone Worker products.
Sitting at the intersection of sales, product and customer success, this role suits someone who thrives on translating technical capability into real business outcomes. You'll partner closely with account executives, solution engineers and product managers to support pre-sales discovery, solution design, and onboarding and deployment. Your expertise will help customers get the most from Mitti, ensuring smooth implementation and unlocking value across our expanding product portfolio.
This is a senior role with regional influence. You'll help drive growth in key verticals and shape how frontline teams across UKI & EMEA engage with Mitti's emerging technologies. You'll also work with account executives on warm leads and support our business development team in identifying growth opportunities across key industry verticals. Building close relationships with our go-to-market (GTM) team, customers and service partners, you'll help us solve business problems at scale and act as an ambassador for the Mitti brand.
What you'll be doing
- Product expertise. Be the go-to expert on IoT, sensors, asset management and lone worker solutions, both internally and externally. Educate customers on product capabilities, integrations and best practices.
- Customer engagement. Work directly with prospective and existing customers to understand their operational challenges and show them how Mitti's solutions solve them.
- Pre-sales support. Partner with account executives, customer success managers and business development representatives in discovery conversations and solution scoping. Take part in tailored product demos and help craft compelling proposals.
- Solution deployment. Lead customers through deployment and configuration, ensuring successful onboarding across complex, multi-site environments. Support the rollout of connected hardware and lone worker devices.
- Sales enablement. Run training sessions for internal teams on new product features and enhancements across IoT, asset management and lone worker tools.
- Go-to-market support. Take part in outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Identify new opportunities across verticals and help shape go-to-market messaging.
- Partner engagement. Strengthen relationships with service partners to help scale complex product deployments.
- Customer success alignment. Act as the bridge between sales and customer success, supporting ongoing adoption, renewals and expansion after the sale.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
