?? Sous Chef Wanted – Square Grill House, Bath Up to £45,000 per year, depending on experience | Full-Time
Edesia is looking for an experienced and ambitious Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in the heart of Bath.
We’re looking for a talented chef and confident leader who can support the Head Chef, take ownership during service and help maintain the high standards Edesia is known for.
The Role
- Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Lead, motivate and support the kitchen team during busy services
- Maintain excellent standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
- Assist with ordering, stock control, preparation and waste management
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation
- Train and support junior members of the kitchen team
- Confidently take charge of the kitchen when required
- Help create a positive, professional and efficient kitchen environment

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or an experienced Junior Sous Chef ready for the next step
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and organised during busy services
- Passion for quality food and consistently high standards
- Reliable, professional and team-focused
