Senior Sous Chef | High-End Restaurant | Up to £59K + Salary Increase
We’re looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join one of London’s most exciting and high-profile restaurant operations.
This is a busy, energetic and premium dining environment, known for bold flavours, exceptional produce and a vibrant style of service. You’ll be joining a large, experienced brigade and working closely with the senior kitchen team to drive standards across a seriously high-volume operation.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong Senior Sous Chef experience within a high-end, high-volume restaurant
- Is confident leading and motivating a large brigade
- Thrives during busy, fast-paced services
- Has excellent standards across food quality, consistency and presentation
- Is strong operationally, with experience in stock, ordering, food costs and kitchen organisation
- Enjoys training and developing chefs
- Brings energy, professionalism and a hands-on leadership style

Salary: Up to £59,000 per annum
Salary review: Further increase following successful probation
Location: Central London
Full-time, permanent
