General Purpose:
Wynn Mayfair, located in the heart of Mayfair, offers exclusive world-class experiences to its members. The Senior Sous Chef is responsible for managing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all culinary activities run smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to the Head Chef, this role involves leading, motivating, and coaching the kitchen team to consistently deliver high-quality food that exceeds guests' expectations.
Casino opening hours are from 12pm-6am, you will be required to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the kitchen’s daily operations.
- Monitor consumption and maximize capacity of resources and equipment.
- Monitor the quality of dishes produced in the kitchen.
- Ensure the kitchen and utensils are clean and hygienic.
- Continuously improving health and safety standards.
- People management and training of the Sous Chefs, and the kitchen team.
