Senior Sous Chef
Requirements
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant is indispensable.
- A dynamic and passionate culinary professional.
- Profound understanding of culinary arts.
- Strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Uphold unwavering standards in service and kitchen management.
- Place significant emphasis on all aspects of Health and Safety.
- Oversee and orchestrate all kitchen operations efficiently and effectively under the guidance of the Head Chef.
- Ensure meticulous mise en place and seamless service execution.
- Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in food preparation.
