We’re recruiting for a skilled Sous Chef to join the team at a highly regarded kitchen in East Lothian.

What You’ll Do
- Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.
- Maintain consistently high culinary, hygiene, and budgetary standards.
- Contribute to a high-achievement environment with utmost attention to detail.
- Lead by example, motivating and developing junior chefs.

About You
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up.
- Confident working in a professional, modern kitchen.
- Collaborative and supportive, with a positive team approach.
- Organized, consistent, and committed to pushing standards in excellence.
