This role provides operational oversight of client processing activities to ensure adherence to client service standards, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination & Support:
- Oversee transaction processing, records maintenance, payments, reconciliations, and other Transfer Agency processes to guarantee service excellence.
- Problem-Solving:
- Investigate and resolve day-to-day operational queries, issues, and incidents; use data analysis to monitor performance and drive improvement initiatives.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all work aligns with CASS, COLL, COBS, DISP, GDPR, and Consumer Duty requirements.
- Process Development:
- Develop, refine, and maintain procedures, guidelines, and checklists for seamless operational workflows.
Qualifications & Experience
Requirements
- Education: A bachelor’s degree is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of professional experience (less experienced candidates considered).
- Preference for background in financial services operations, client services, or processing environments.
- Skills:
- Willingness to upskill in AI and digital tools.
