The Opportunity
In this influential role, you will:
- Lead the development of global standards, guidance, and best practice across project management and quantity surveying
- Act as a trusted expert, advising on complex commercial, contractual, and delivery issues
- Represent RICS at senior levels with government bodies, global clients, and industry leaders
- Drive thought leadership and market insight across construction and infrastructure sectors
- Oversee a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring delivery to time, quality, and budget
- Support the evolution of professional competencies and frameworks

What You'll Bring
We're looking for a highly credible professional with:
- Ideally a MRICS or FRICS qualification in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or related discipline
- Expertise in:
- Commercial and cost management
- Construction project/programme delivery
- Procurement and contract frameworks
- The ability and communication style to influence senior stakeholders across government and industry
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to respond to emerging industry challenges
