In short
The world’s fastest growing sportswear brand is looking for a Senior Specialist - Digital Trading who can support in maximising sales performance and optimising in-season and last-season assortments and digital marketing across channels for our EMEA region. You will report into the Digital Trading EMEA Team Lead, forming part of the EMEA Digital Planning and Strategy team and will be responsible for providing actionable insights on how our brand is performing online and ways to optimise processes across channels. This is a great opportunity to work closely with our EMEA Digital Team and wider Global counterparts across Digital Marketing, Demand Planning, Buying and Merchandising, playing an important role in helping EMEA Digital achieve its ambitious strategic and commercial goals.
Your mission
- Conduct weekly performance analyses against forecasted data to track the in-season success of our full price Footwear, Apparel and Accessories categories across our digital channels. Identify trends, variances, potential issues and provide solutions and opportunities to maximise sales performance and potential.
- Track competitor and partner landscape, bringing industry insights as well as pricing and discount news to weekly Digital Trade meetings.
- Build out the regional digital commercial product forecast each season and apply it to the Sales Franchise Tracker tool, tracking real-time product performance, on-site metrics and stock availability.
- Collaborate closely with the On-site Merchandising and Performance Marketing teams, leveraging insights and sell-through analysis to provide guidance into which items require more visibility or marketing support, and what sort rules to set on the website.
- Owner of in-season inventory management, collaborating closely with Demand Planning team to rebalance stock levels where necessary across Retail and B2B, connecting with regional Digital Buying on sell-through and product life cycle. Monitor stock health, future inbounds, product readiness, launches, and activations on a weekly basis for On-site Merchandising to execute.
- Support managing the last season assortment by working closely with the other Regional teams. Prepare a monthly updated list of items that need to be moved to last season based on the product life cycle and business needs.

Your story
- You have 3-5 years of experience in similar e-commerce / digital merchandising / trading roles, ideally within premium or luxury fashion or sport industries.
- You have proven analytical skills with a strong knowledge of assessing business opportunities, building insights and recommendations from large data-sets, with required advanced proficiency in excel.
- You are excellent at managing multiple stakeholders and building consensus on proposed solutions across regions and functions.
- You thrive in a dynamic and complex environment with the ability to work autonomously.
- You are highly flexible and determined to deliver assigned targets in a fast-changing setup.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
