Specialist - Field Marketing EMEA

Role purpose
As Senior Specialist - Field Marketing, you will drive the development and execution of strategic account marketing, demand generation, and regional events plans that help Accelya grow and accelerate pipeline, while strengthening relationships with priority airline accounts.
This role will act as a commercial marketing partner to Sales. The focus will be on translating regional sales priorities into targeted marketing programmes, driving account engagement, supporting opportunity acceleration, and ensuring marketing activity is measured against business outcomes, in line with Accelya's global business strategy, values, and mission.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own ABM programmes for priority airline accounts in partnership with the Sales team, including account planning, buying group engagement, personalised activity, follow-up, and reporting to maximise engagement with key accounts.
- Own demand generation and digital campaign execution to generate new pipeline, and own lead governance by partnering with Sales to ensure marketing-generated leads are followed up, qualified, recycled where appropriate, and progressed through the funnel.
- Lead regional marketing events and executive engagement programmes, including planning, audience selection, invitation strategy, registration, on-site execution, post-event follow-up, and ROI measurement to strengthen customer relationships and accelerate pipeline.
- Act as the trusted marketing partner for Sales, Client Directors, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and regional teams to ensure marketing activity supports pipeline growth and opportunity acceleration.
- Lead analysis of campaign performance, account engagement, and pipeline impact, using data and AI tools to improve planning, execution, reporting, and productivity.
- Measure success through pipeline contribution, account engagement, opportunity acceleration, and marketing influence on commercial outcomes.

Required Experience & Skills:
- 2-4+ years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally within enterprise SaaS, technology, or another complex B2B environment.
- Previous experience in ABM/Enterprise Marketing, field marketing, event operations, or integrated campaign execution.
- Experience working with Sales teams to support account engagement, lead progression, and commercial outcomes.
- Experience with CRM and marketing technology ecosystems, including marketing automation, ABM, intent, and reporting platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo, 6sense, Demandbase, Intentsify, or similar.
- Strong project management, communication, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to make practical decisions in a fast-paced, global matrix organisation.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience supporting enterprise sales organisations through ABM or field marketing.
- Experience within enterprise software or cloud technology organisations (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Workday, or similar) or within airline technology, travel technology, or aviation is desirable.
- Curiosity and judgement in adopting AI tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance marketing execution.
