Position Overview

As Senior Specialist, Franchise GTM, you will own the operational planning and coordination of Call of Duty Go-to-Market initiatives across EMEA, with primary responsibility for Mainline Marketing and secondary support across Live Ops.

Working closely with the Senior Director, Franchise Leads, Regional Marketing Leads and Global Product Marketing teams, you will help translate franchise strategy into coordinated execution across the region.

This role requires excellent programme management, commercial awareness and the ability to independently coordinate complex cross-functional workstreams across an international organisation. You will act as a trusted operational partner to the Franchise leadership team, improving GTM execution, launch readiness and operational effectiveness across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Franchise Lead in operational planning and execution for Mainline Go-to-Market initiatives across EMEA, ensuring launch readiness and cross-functional alignment.
  • Support Live Ops planning and execution during priority seasonal beats, major initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Coordinate GTM planning across Product Marketing, Consumer Marketing, PR, Media, Social, CRM, Platform, Partnerships and Regional Marketing teams.
  • Represent EMEA within Global Product Marketing forums, ensuring regional requirements, insights and commercial priorities are reflected in global planning.
  • Own GTM operational processes including launch readiness, project management, playbooks, reporting and information flow across the organisation.
  • Manage platform operations including Xbox, Nintendo and key publishing processes such as CRM, MOTD, code distribution and partner incentives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams independently, identifying risks, driving alignment and supporting successful delivery against business priorities.
  • Monitor programme delivery, launch execution and operational effectiveness, proactively identifying opportunities to improve GTM delivery.
  • Identify process improvements and scalable ways of working that strengthen franchise planning and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships across Global, International and Regional stakeholders, acting as a trusted operational partner throughout the GTM lifecycle.
  • Support strategic franchise initiatives and commercial growth projects that extend beyond individual campaign launches.
  • Leverage AI and modern productivity tools to improve planning, reporting, operational efficiency and decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
