The Senior Specialist will sit within a Global B2B and Product Marketing team that focuses on product marketing for Consumer Products. The Senior Specialist will specifically focus on collaborating with Global product teams (Product Development, Product Management, Commercialization) and across Marketing and Communications teams serving as the connective tissue.
Primary Areas Of Focus Include:
- Partner with global and regional Product teams to execute marketing strategies and deliver assets that support go-to-market plans across existing and new solutions
- Drive propositions within the Consumer Products business, with a focus on debit, prepaid, financial inclusion, and sustainability
- Develop differentiated positioning and value propositions grounded in customer needs, clear “reasons to believe,” and competitive insights
- Create high-impact content to enable regional and local sales and marketing, including B2B and B2B2C materials, case studies, videos, demos, and toolkits
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights (market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape) to identify opportunities and refine propositions
- Support activation initiatives including events, campaigns, social media, and client engagements

Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, compelling, and scalable marketing enablement materials – toolkit, guides, playbooks
- Develop clear, compelling sales narratives, value propositions, narratives, messaging
- Support development of creative and thought leadership content aligned to strategic priorities
- Track and manage marketing budgets, flagging risks or gaps proactively
- Analyse campaign performance using defined KPIs and provide actionable insights
- Develop clear, compelling marketing and sales presentations
- Manage agency and vendor relationships, providing direction and ensuring delivery against brief
This position will partner closely with global and regional partners from both Product and Marketing to deliver scalable solutions across the globe. The Senior Specialist will report to the Director of Global Product Marketing for Consumer Products.

- Self-starter with strong ownership, able to manage complex, multi-market initiatives with clear prioritization and disciplined follow-through
- Strategic thinker with strong judgment and a structured approach to simplifying complexity into clear, actionable narratives and marketing outputs
- Strong commercial mindset, with a focus on driving measurable business impact, adoption, and growth across markets
- Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and regional teams, operating effectively without direct authority
- Excellent storyteller and content strategist, able to translate complex or technical concepts into clear, compelling, customer-centric messaging
- Experience developing scalable global strategies and assets, while ensuring relevance and adaptability across diverse local markets
- Highly effective collaborator with strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across functions and geographies
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments, managing ambiguity, competing priorities, and tight timelines
- Data-driven mindset, leveraging insights, market trends, and performance metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes
- Experience working closely with product teams across the full lifecycle, from concept through launch and activation
- Deep product marketing expertise, including positioning, value proposition development, and end-to-end go-to-market execution for complex solutions
- Culturally aware, with experience working across diverse, global teams and markets
- Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred:
- Experience in payments, fintech, or related industries (e.g., merchants, acquirers, payment facilitators, developers)
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as blockchain, digital assets, and open banking
