Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Operations Team in the position of Senior Specialist, Operational Controlling.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and managing billing and payment activities carried out in the international service centre and addressing escalations
  • Driving the process improvement of the billing and costing done by the international service centre
  • Random auditing of revenue and cost invoices
  • Ensuring and supporting the profitability of shipments

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial or accounting roles
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal communication
  • Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Solid working knowledge of Excel
  • Analytical skills and performance improvement methodology
  • Previous experience in the logistics industry is an asset

The typical salary range for this position is: £27,065 - £41,638

The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills and experience. Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes bonus and benefits.

This role is also open in alternative locations (Rotterdam, Netherlands). The local salary ranges will be shared accordingly before the interview process.
