Senior Specialist, Product Management

Overview

The Portfolio Intelligence team is looking for a Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and growth of data, analytics, and intelligence solutions that help customers make smarter business decisions.

This role will be responsible for identifying customer needs, defining product vision and roadmaps, and partnering across Product, Technology, Design, Commercial, and Customer Success teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights, creating exceptional customer experiences, and bringing new capabilities to market that drive measurable business value.

The successful candidate is highly analytical, customer-centric, intellectually curious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, innovation, and strategic thinking are critical to success.

Role

In this role, you will:

  • Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for platform capabilities and analytics solutions.
  • Partner with customers, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities, validate customer needs, and translate market insights into product investments.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept development and business case creation through delivery, launch, adoption, and optimization.
  • Develop detailed business and product requirements, user stories, and success metrics while partnering closely with Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate across global cross-functional teams to deliver innovative analytics, AI-enabled, and data-driven capabilities that create differentiated customer value.
  • Analyze customer feedback, usage metrics, competitive intelligence, and market trends to drive product enhancements and future roadmap decisions.
  • Drive alignment across product, commercial, operations, and technology organizations to ensure successful execution and customer outcomes.

All About You

The ideal candidate for this position should:

  • Have advanced product management expertise with experience defining product strategies, roadmaps, and customer-centric solutions.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and insights to influence product decisions and business outcomes.
  • Demonstrate experience translating complex business challenges into scalable product and technology solutions.
  • Be skilled at partnering with Engineering, Data Science, UX, and commercial teams to bring products from concept to market.
  • Have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Thrive in ambiguous environments and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Desirable Capabilities

  • Experience working with analytics, business intelligence, AI/ML, data products, or SaaS platforms.
  • Knowledge of payments, financial services, merchant acquiring, issuing, portfolio management, or customer performance analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence priorities and drive execution across global teams without direct authority.
