Senior Specialist, Product Management
Overview
Mastercard's Digital Assets & Blockchain team is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Management to support the commercialization and market expansion of digital asset and blockchain-based solutions in Europe. This role will contribute to go-to-market execution, partnership development, market analysis, and product adoption initiatives for products including crypto-linked card programs, stablecoin and digital currency BVNK sales enablement, and emerging blockchain solutions.
The ideal candidate is passionate about digital innovation, payments, and emerging technologies, with experience supporting product launches and commercialization initiatives. They are highly collaborative, analytical, and comfortable working across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Role
Product Commercialization & Market Support
- Drive the execution of commercialization strategies for digital assets and blockchain solutions.
- Conduct consultative solutions based engagement with customers to support sales efforts.
- Craft product localization strategies, market readiness assessments, and launch activities to support successful market expansion.
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment on commercialization priorities and customer opportunities.

Go-to-Market Execution
- Develop go-to-market plans for digital asset products and solutions.
- Support sales enablement activities, including value proposition development, customer-facing materials, and internal education.
- Coordinate with product, business development, marketing, legal, compliance, and regional teams to drive launch readiness.
Partnership Enablement
- Support the identification, onboarding, and management of strategic partnerships focused on one to many distribution opportunities.
- Help maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to support product adoption and business growth.
- Assist in evaluating partnership opportunities and preparing business cases.
Market Intelligence & Opportunity Analysis
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and ecosystem monitoring across the digital assets and blockchain landscape.
- Analyze customer, market, and industry trends to identify commercialization opportunities and inform strategic priorities.
- Support opportunity sizing, market segmentation, and customer targeting efforts.
Performance Tracking & Insights
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and commercialization metrics to assess product performance and adoption.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders based on market and performance data.
- Help identify opportunities to optimize product adoption and commercial outcomes.

All about you
- Experience in product commercialization, product management, business development, consulting, strategy, payments, fintech, or a related field.
- Understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, tokenization, or emerging payment technologies.
- Curious and fast learner with a passion for supporting product launches, go-to-market activities, partnership initiatives, or business growth programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize market, competitive, and customer insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
