Overview

Prepaid Management Services (MPMS) is Mastercard’s in-house programme manager, supporting distributors across all aspects of end-to-end card sales and issuance lifecycle.

Traditionally focused on the travel sector, the business unit is driving prepaid solutions globally through innovative payment products integrated with leading brands. Expansion across gift, everyday spend, corporate, loyalty, and digital offerings provides a diverse platform and product suite for future growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Join the Card Enablement Team to support global product delivery, ensuring products meet business and strategic requirements in partnership with card vendors.
  • Manage project delivery and governance with card vendor partners in line with agreed timelines and scope.
  • Collaborate across workstreams to support end-to-end project delivery.
  • Compile technical project requirements to support product delivery and change activity with card vendor and processing partners.
  • Raise purchase order requests with Mastercard Sourcing for card vendor services.

All About You

  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver key outcomes.
  • Self-motivated, with a proven record of delivering successful outcomes within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Mastercard’s emerging products and services.
  • Ability to track delivery tasks, identify risks and issues, and escalate them appropriately within the programme of work.
  • Knowledge of EMV is desirable, to support EMV specialists and card vendors with technical tasks.
  • Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to act quickly and implement solutions to resolve technical issues affecting business continuity with card vendor partners.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Project management experience or qualification desirable.
