Role Description

Role: Tech Program Manager

Mode: 3 Days from Hybrid

Type: Perm/FTE

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex technology programs and drive successful delivery across multiple teams, business units, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with exceptional program management capabilities to oversee planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs and strategic initiatives
  • Define program objectives, roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate multiple project teams, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
  • Establish program governance, reporting mechanisms, and executive-level status communications
  • Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations across projects
  • Drive Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Facilitate PI Planning, Sprint Reviews, Steering Committee meetings, and Program Reviews
  • Monitor KPIs, delivery metrics, quality metrics, and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with engineering leaders to define technical strategy and architecture alignment
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party partners when applicable
  • Mentor project managers and contribute to PMO and process improvement initiatives
