Join us as a Senior Specialist, Project Execution
Where you'll lead complex customer projects from start to finish. This role offers the chance to drive efficiency, manage diverse teams, and deliver exceptional results in a dynamic, global environment.
What will you do?
- Lead end-to-end execution of customer projects, managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
- Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities to enhance project outcomes and reduce costs
- Foster strong customer relationships through clear communication and proactive stakeholder engagement
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and internal compliance requirements

- Prioritization — advanced level; managing competing demands across multiple projects and stakeholders
- Project Management — intermediate level; leading end-to-end delivery of mono-technology and multi-system integration projects
- Customer Orientation — intermediate level; fostering relationships and ensuring exceptional customer experiences
- Risk Management — intermediate level; conducting assessments and implementing mitigation strategies
- Operational Efficiency — intermediate level; driving cost reduction while maintaining or improving delivery quality

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 117,600 - USD 176,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
