Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Technology Solutions team in the position of Senior Specialist, Technology Solutions and Digital Products.

This role will support operational processes and product development, assisting with the implementation of solutions in the appointed region.

The Specialist, Technology Solutions and Digital Products would work hybrid in the UK.

  • Participate in consultation sessions to gather stakeholders’ requirements and needs
  • Translating business needs into business requirement definitions
  • Document the whole product development lifecycle and analyze data
  • Provide technical input on quality gaps to the development team to improve product quality
  • Assist in the preparation of quality testing and follow up with the respective stakeholders
  • Support the training for various APLL teams for product familiarization and product launch flows
  • Be the first point-of-contact for customers related issues; provide ongoing and post-implementation support

QUALIFICATIONS

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related fields
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in similar roles
  • Previous experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain sectors will be an asset
  • Skilled at working with cross-functional teams
  • Able to manage a product backlog and work with stakeholders to prioritize tasks
  • Fluent in English to a high-level; any other European language will be an asset

The typical salary range for this position is: £34,346 - £55,000.

The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills and experience. Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes bonus and benefits.
